Sacha is responsible for all surgery enquiries and bookings worldwide. Prior to joining the team at Beautiful You Holidays, Sacha came from a Management position in Customer Services, so she is very experienced in making the customer experience easy, seamless and enjoyable.
Sacha also arranges our ‘Get Togethers’ in both New Zealand and Australia, bringing together past and future clients to share information about their experiences. Bringing a new flair to Beautiful You Holidays, Sacha also manages the social media channels for the company, using Facebook, Instagram and YouTube to share information and stories about the benefits of cosmetic surgery tourism.
Business Development Manager
Bringing a wealth of knowledge to the Beautiful You Holidays team, Paula has been a part of the Cosmetic and Medical Tourism industry for 15 years.
Having experienced her own surgical holiday abroad, in 2007 Paula underwent 'big body procedures' as a result of her own weight loss journey. Paula brings a fresh perspective to the Beautiful You fold and has a full understanding of what it takes to achieve the best outcome.
Having previously worked with Loraine Reinsfield, Founding Director of Beautiful You Holidays. Paula and Loraine reconnected in 2020, to offer new and exciting opportunities.
Paula's added knowledge specialises in the areas of Bariatric – Weight Loss Procedures as well as looking after our Guided Tours.
KD (Kradong) Pradthana PradaspsriClient Manager, Phuket, Thailand
Born and raised in Phuket, Thailand, KD has a wealth of experience dealing with client care in the hospitality and travel industry. She joined Beautiful You Holidays in 2016, and is the key point of contact for our clients in Phuket, from the moment they arrive in Thailand.
KD is a real people person and absolutely loves assisting clients throughout their surgery holiday. She is available on-call during your entire stay, and goes out of her way to ensure you’re not only recovering well, but also making the most of experiencing her beautiful homeland within the limitations of what you can do before and after surgery.
KD also is part of the film crew when filming in Phuket. This is how we found this gem!
Coordinator, Phuket, Thailand
June is one of our wonderful coordinators based in Phuket. She is an understanding and kind person, who is available during your entire stay to ensure you feel welcome and attended to.
Raised in Phuket, June has insider knowledge of the island and can share the best places to eat as well as the most relaxing spots to recover post-surgery. With over 10 years’ experience in the travel sector, she also has a wealth of know-how and can arrange the best outings, while ensuring a relaxing recovery remains the top priority.
It’s her familiarity with the island and also her compassion and caring nature that puts guests at ease from the moment they arrive.
Coordinator, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Originally from New Zealand, Edie has been based in Kuala Lumpur since 1995.
Edie’s began working with Loraine from when she first started in Malaysia in 2006, so she is well versed with all aspects of Medical Tourism. Edie has a perfect blend of compassion and understanding that puts our clients at ease before, during and after their travel.
Edie is available, on-call for our clients during their stay in KL and knows first-hand what it’s like to be a visitor to a new country. As a local she knows all about Kuala Lumpur and Malaysia and can give you some great information to avoid the tourist traps and have a fantastic experience.
Founding Director
When she is not based in New Zealand, Loraine lives and works in Thailand for several months of the year. Originally from the UK, Loraine has travelled the world and lived in the UK, Australia, and New Zealand.
After a career move took her to Kuala Lumpur in the early 2000s, Loraine discovered that there are world class cosmetic surgeons with impeccable expertise in Southeast Asia. Further research and exploration into the sector resulted in Loraine creating a business in 2006 offering a high-quality concierge service to medical tourism clients.
While Loraine is now focused on co-producing the TV series “Beauty and the Beach”, popular on Netflix in Australia, South Africa, Norway, the UK and the United States plus over 20 other countries around the world, her daughter Sacha has taken over management of the business.
Clients can enjoy watching the filming in and around the hotel if they are booked in at the same time.
