Our Service Packages

Since 2004, and servicing clients from all corners of the world, we understand different needs and budgets. Healing, pain and recovery is not the same for everyone – some people spring back quickly and are very independent, and others prefer a more supportive, pampering and nurturing environment and higher level of support.

Tip: Please book your service package carefully: please choose our Extra Care package if you are nervous and are travelling by yourself, or if you are over 60 or if you have any medical history or problems, this way you will get the peace of mind with the extra support. Please note: our overnight support in our Extra Care Package is with our fully qualified registered nurses.

Our service packages you can choose from include:

Standard Service Package(included in your BYH accommodation package)

Extra Care Service Package (currently available only at our Malaysia destination)

Platinum Service Package (currently available only at our Malaysia destination)

Which type of medical traveller are you?

There is essentially 2 types of medical traveller:

  1. Those who have travelled frequently, particularly to Asia, are only having single, simple procedures, and are on a strict budget
  2. Those that are travelling alone, who are having more procedures and want more pampering, attention, and seek a greater level of service.
We now have new packages to respond to both these needs! Whether you are independent and want to recover in your own time and space, or if you would like pampering, support and service throughout your holiday, these great value packages are designed for your particular needs and budget:
.Standard Service Package
  • Are you on a strict budget but still want a certain level of support? Have you travelled in Asia previously?
  • Are you only having 1 procedure?
  • Are you independent and only want the minimal level of services? Are you bringing a support person?
If you answered mainly “YES” to the above, then the Standard package is best for you.
Services: included in the Standard service package
  1. Sales and pre/post arrival service: answering questions, arranging appointments and sending you your itinerary, receipt and pre-departure information. Telephone and email contact to answer all your enquiries
  2. Arrival/Departure: Airport transfers to and from your hotel.
  3. Pre-surgery:
  • Pre- consultation with the surgeon
  • Transfer to the hospital for admission
  • Transfer back to the hotel after discharge
  • Availability of mobile phone for $100 MYR (no credit and by request only). $50 MYR refunded upon return of phone
  • Transfer back to the hotel after discharge
4. Post-surgery:
  • Daily visitation or contact by your Customer Service Manager
  • Daily care – help with shower, dressings, ointments, grocery shopping (Single procedure x 3 sessions)
  • All transfers to / from the hospital for follow up consultations, as necessary
  • All transfers to / from dentist and other non-surgical appointments if arranged with Beautiful You Holidays
Price: this service package is already included in the accommodation price that we quote you.

Extra Care Service Package

Are you having two or more procedures (on one surgery date)?
Have you never travelled abroad?
Are you traveling alone?

If you answered YES to all the above, you may opt for the Extra Care service package.
Services: included in the Extra Care service package
**All services in the Standard Package, including one mobile phone (with $10 MYR credit) PLUS the following:
1. Post-surgery:
  • 1 night sleepover with a BYH helper: from 6pm-7am (13 hours) for 1 night after discharge (extra nights can be arrange if required for MYR 250 per night).
  • Daily breakfast preparation x 2 – either choose from the buffet in the restaurant – your helper will bring this to your room or will prepare your breakfast from your own groceries.
  • Grocery shopping help x 1 – please hand grocery list and money to your manager/assistant/li>
  • Daily nursing care x 5 – help with shower (if required), dressings, ointments, garments
  • All transfers to / from the hospital for follow up consultations, as necessary.
  • All transfers to / from dentist and other non-surgical appointments if arranged with Beautiful You Holidays
Price: Only $300 AUD per holiday booking per person. (This package is available only when booked with BYH accommodation packages)
Platinum Service Package
  • Would you prefer a greater level of contact and support through your surgery holiday?
  • Have travelled abroad only once or twice?
  • Are you having multiple procedures (on 2 different surgery dates)?
  • Are you travelling on your own?
If you answered mainly “YES” to the above, then the Platinum package is best for you.
Services: included in the Platinum service package
**All services in the Extra Care Service Package x 2 (as you have 2 different surgery dates), including mobile phone with $30 MYR credit
2. Post surgery (all services in Extra Care Package including the following)
  • Nursing care x 5 (5 x each after each surgery date)
Price: Only $600 AUD per holiday booking per person. (This package is available only when booked with BYH accommodation packages)
Have an existing booking and not sure about your service package? Simply contact your sales manager and they’ll do the rest.
Terms and Conditions:
  • Services are only included in the BYH accommodation packages. We highly recommend you take these accommodation packages for better service and support. If you choose to book outside the BYH accommodation, then you will be required to pay a service fee and the services will be limited. Contact us to enquire.
  • Our Extra Care Package and Platinum packages only available for surgery bookings in KL, Malaysia. – These packages must be paid together with your accommodation booking.
  • There are no refunds for cancellations of the Extra Care Package and Platinum package made within 7 days of arrival to KL.
  • We require notice for scheduling and manpower, so therefore we cannot guarantee availability if you decide to upgrade to this package once your trip has commenced. It is best to plan your needs and book the level of service you need in advance.
  • There is no cash refund for any services that are not used.
  • The services cannot be exchanged or used for any other person.
  • The services must be used for the one booking, and cannot be used on subsequent holidays.
  • Massages are given at a maximum of 3 per week.
  • Mobile phone is on loan only and must be returned before departure.
